Among the main attractions of the Festival do Pescado e Frutos do Mar at CEAGESP are the Roasted Shrimps, served at the table, and the giant Paella, prepared and served in a pot measuring 1.20 m in diameter. . You can eat at your leisure more than 30 dishes made with fish and seafood.
Every week the Festival offers recipes prepared with three different fish. All this without counting the starters, such as acarajé, crab shell, sururu broth, among other items. Salads based on seafood, such as seafood in vinaigrette, shrimp mayonnaise, octopus salad, lettuce, arugula, among other various types of foliage, are also part of the buffet. The menu changes weekly, with the exception of paella and roasted prawns served on the tables.

When does CEAGESP’s Seafood and Fish Festival take place?
The festival takes place once a year, always at the same time, starting in September and ending in December, it usually lasts from 3 to 4 months, yes, it’s a long festival so there’s no way to miss it. In some years CEAGESP also promotes the Fish and Seafood Festival summer edition, which can take place between January and February. Fish and Seafood Festival Menu CEAGESP
The menu changes weekly, with the exception of the prawns served on the tables and the famous giant Paella, which remain fixed throughout the event. For a single price per person, you can eat all you want (drinks and desserts are charged separately). On specific days the festival leaves dishes such as crab and oysters (which are charged separately) at will.
Eating a variety of seafood is what everyone who goes to the festival wants, there the most requested among customers are: shrimp, mussels, cod, sole, octopus, hake baits, manjubinha, acarajé, sururu broth, which are just the house snacks.
As for the dishes, you can order grilled pistol shrimp, fresh amalfi cod, roasted amazon gilthead, fish pirão, seared tuna with tarê sauce, seafood salad, grilled sardines with fennel and orange, dorado stuffed with farofa, saint peter with caper sauce and canned mushrooms of Paris, and the gigantic strawberry bowl with meringue, whipped cream and currant sauce is the most requested among the desserts, which serves up to 3 people.
